At Sohan Gold & Diamonds LLP we are committed to providing high-quality gold jewellery and excellent customer service. However, we understand that there may be situations where you need to cancel an order. Please read our cancellation policy below:

  1. Order Cancellation within 24 Hours
  • Customers who cancel their order within 24 hours of placement are eligible for a full refund or store credit as per their preference.
  • The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days through the original payment method.
  1. Order Cancellation after 24 Hours
  • If an order is cancelled after 24 hours but before shipment, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total order value will be charged.
  • If the item has already been dispatched, cancellation is not allowed. Customers can refer to our return policy for further options.
  1. Custom & Personalized Orders
  • Custom-made and personalized jewellery orders are non-cancellable once confirmed.
  • As these orders are specially crafted, no refunds or modifications will be allowed after confirmation.
  1. Special Discounts & Festive Orders
  • Orders placed during sales, festive events, or using discount coupons cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
