At Sohan Gold & Diamonds LLP we are committed to providing high-quality gold jewellery and excellent customer service. However, we understand that there may be situations where you need to cancel an order. Please read our cancellation policy below:
- Order Cancellation within 24 Hours
- Customers who cancel their order within 24 hours of placement are eligible for a full refund or store credit as per their preference.
- The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days through the original payment method.
- Order Cancellation after 24 Hours
- If an order is cancelled after 24 hours but before shipment, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total order value will be charged.
- If the item has already been dispatched, cancellation is not allowed. Customers can refer to our return policy for further options.
- Custom & Personalized Orders
- Custom-made and personalized jewellery orders are non-cancellable once confirmed.
- As these orders are specially crafted, no refunds or modifications will be allowed after confirmation.
- Special Discounts & Festive Orders
- Orders placed during sales, festive events, or using discount coupons cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
