  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via accepted payment methods.

4. Old Gold Exchange Policy

  • We accept gold of any standard (9K, 14K, 18K, etc.) for exchange.
  • The exchanged gold will be converted to 22K/24K value, with INR 150 deducted per gram as processing fees.
  • A lab test report will be provided, and the lowest melting loss will be applied.
  • After confirmation, a coupon code will be issued for purchasing a new product.

5. Product Inspection & Claims

  • Customers must inspect their order upon delivery.
  • Any damages, defects, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping charges may apply and are non-refundable.
  • Delivery times may vary due to location, availability, or unforeseen delays.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, including logos, images, and designs, belongs to Sohan Gold and Diamonds LLP and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
