Refund & Exchange Policy

Exchange(For Gold):
We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request for exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The hard copy of GST invoice (which we have sent with the product) is mandatory.

Please note that INR * will be charged for exchange of any product.
Once you agree to the procedure, you may contact our customer support and they will raise a pickup request for you and we will ship the product for you.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a new (exchanged) product which you will select, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Note: An unboxing video is necessary and will be asked from our customer support team if you face an issue with that particular parcel/product (no product / wrong product received).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. This needs to be done with 24 hours of receive of the delivery.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns by any means. As we deal in Diamond jewellery, 22K or 916 Gold jewellery(Including coins), Astral Gems & Silver jewellery which comes under precious goods. Hence, we have to pay high shipping charges to ship our products at your doorstep.

Refunds
We do not entertain refunds. We offer only exchange. You can exchange with any product you want

Old Gold Exchange Policy

We have our own Lab for testing the grades of gold. Any standard of gold (9K,14K,18K or any) will be acceptable. As per that, we will proceed the exchange and calculate the value of that gold converting at 22K/24K and deduct 150/- per grams as per that same day. We will send the Lab test report of the gold and at the time of conversion the lowest melting loss is applicable, other than that no extra loss will be there. After we confirm the old gold exchange, we will provide a coupon code for buying the new one. Users can apply the coupon code and buy new product.
